Microsoft (CSG Program Manager III 08/08-04/09) Branded Entertainment & Experience
Team at MSN. Developed functional specifications for customer-sponsored websites
and served as scrum master during development sprints. Managed projects split between
teams located in Shanghai and Seattle. Worked with branded sales managers, producers,
site designers, and editorial teams to guide development and deployment of MSN websites
for on time delivery. As scrum master, I regularly met with all stakeholders, followed
the progress, and removed/resolved obstacles for project success. Delivered high-traffic
sites that included streaming video, customer feedback forums, Flash animations,
click tracking, and phased releases. Sites generally under contracts for 1M+ unique
visitors per month from MSN.
Microsoft (CSG Program Manager II 02/07-02/08)Tools Team in Secure Engineering
& Communications division. Wrote feature specifications and other documentation
related to internal development projects. Coordinated development efforts of internal
developers and worked with outside vendors on completion of deliverable code to

for MSDN Coding4Fun Developer Center. Served as technical and content reviewer for
